When a na baligh baby girl passes away, her Namaz e Janaza Dua is different from a baby boy or an adult Muslim.
The purpose of this Dua is not to seek Allah’s forgiveness for the baby girl because she has no sins.
Instead, this Dua asks Allah to make this deceased baby a source of happiness for the parents on the Day of Judgement.
Dua e Janaza For Female Child Who Hasn’t Reached Puberty
The Dua of Namaz e Janaza of a baby girl is similar to that of a baby boy. However, there’s a slight difference in tenses and gender words in it.

اَللّٰهمَّ اجْعَلْها لَنَا فَرَطاً وَّاجْعَلْها لَنَا أَجْراً وَّ ذُخْراً وَّ اجْعَلْهالَنَا شَافِعَةً وَّ مُشَفَّعَةً
Transliteration
Allahummaj’alha Lana Farata, Waj’alha Lana Ajra Wa Zukhra, Waj’alha Lana Shaafi’ataoo Wa Mushaffa’aa
Urdu/Hindi Translation
Aay Allah Is Bachi Ko Hamaray Liye Aakhirat Main Farhat o Khushi Ka Zarya Bana Day. Aur Isko Hamaray Liye Ajr o Sawab Aur Zakheera e Aakhirat Bana Day. Aur Isko Hamaray Liye Shafa’at Karnay Wali Banaday Aur Woh Banaday Jiski Shafa’at Manzoor Ho Jae
English Translation
O Allah! Make this baby girl a source of happiness for us. Make her a source of reward and treasure in Aakhirah. And make her our pleader and the one whose plea is accepted
Na Baligh Ladki (Bachi) Ki Namaz e Janaza Ka Tarika
The funeral prayer of a baby girl who hasb’t reached puberty is offered the same way as a regular Namaz e Janaza.
However, the only difference is in the Dua e Janaza that we discussed above.
