Can you eat your medicine while fasting in Ramadan?

Scholars say that eating any medicine while fasting will break your fast.

However, if you have a medical condition, consult an expert. If they say that you must take medicine or your health will deteriorate, then follow their advice.

But remember, that eating medicine will break your fast and you will need to make up for it after Ramadan.

However, if you inject medicine into your body, it does not break your fast. So, if injecting is an alternative, then avoid eating medicine to preserve your fast.

Similarly, if a doctor says that your condition is manageable and you can wait to eat medicine till the end of your fast, then avoid taking medicine unnecessarily.

In short, if you eat medicine, your fast will become invalid.
