Is Using An Inhaler While Fasting Allowed?
The answer is no.
Scholars say you cannot use an inhaler while fasting because it sprays particles of medication in your body which breaks your fast immediately.
So, if you have breathing problems and cannot fast without using an inhaler, you must seek medical help to find alternatives. Once your condition gets better, you can keep Qaza fast.
If you’re already fasting and have used an inhaler, your fast has become invalid. However, you only need to keep one Qaza fast to make up for this loss.
